At first I didn't know how to feel, it was a little overwhelming having the thought of taking him to his friends parties have finally come to our feet. And also because I didn't know who this little dude Michael was - I very rarely ever go to Jaiden's daycare because of work, let alone know of anyone from there. But I sucked it all up and let him go.
Jaiden was so excited to know that we were going to his friend Michael's house for his party. Despite the fact that I didn't know little Michael, his parents and anyone at the party (sitting by myself, continuously on my phone), it was so good seeing him with his friends, playing games, running around, dancing and eating.
All day today, Jaiden has not stopped asking to see Michael again and can't wait for Monday to come, when they go to daycare and see each other again.
