24 November 2012, my cousin's son (Jaiden's second cousin), Roden got married to Samanatha.
A day that was filled with love, family and friends. It was such a surreal day. I couldn't believe they were finally getting married yet there I was, watching the two of them at the alter.
It was such a happy day, with happy tears from the family (I held mine in) and the best friends.
The ceremony was beautiful. Apparently Roden teared up (I didn't see) when he saw Sam walking up, his sister Elizabeth started tearing up, because of him. I hadn't seen both of them tear/cry since we were all kids and got in trouble.
Sam was so beautiful, full of smiles that her nerves couldn't have been noticed.
The reception was great. It was held on their friend's acreage backyard, a big white tent set up lighted up with fairy lights and lanterns, surrounded by candles in jars on the grass and floating candles in the pool.
The setting was amazing, it was very - them.
Jaiden as usual was the attention of the lot again. With his cute suit on, dance moves and especially being so attached to Sam for the whole day - she was a princess, that's why.
He was carried by Sam for the entire night, he would follow her and look for her if he couldn't see her, he called her Princess Sam.
We both love the new found love he has for Sam, because he was never like that around her. He would always be shy.
I am so glad to have Sam in our extended family. I can't wait for what the future holds for the both of them and when they start having kids.
I love weddings. I can't wait for the next one we attend - not too sure when that will be though.

28 degrees.
This week and the coming week, Summer has decided to show itself to us all. It was tops of 28˚C in Deewhy today and luckily enough, it was also Jeremy's day off. So we decided to go to the beach and take my little cousins with us, since the school holidays are almost over and also because we went to the Aquatic Centre instead, the last time we planned to go.
We got to the beach and the sand was on fire! It was literally too hot to walk on, so Jeremy and I found ourselves power-walking our way to where the boys had settled down. The boys all went in to swim while I just stayed and sunbathed. It was very relaxing. I was just laying down, listening to music and messaging/facebooking (my entertainment) and soaking in all the sun I could get.
I certainly did get all the sun I could get, because now I am suffering from sunburn! I hadn't realised I was so sunburnt, I actually thought I dodged it and got a tan. But I couldn't have been more wrong! My body is now aching non-stop especially on my arms/shoulders and my legs! I've been continuously applying Aloe Vera, I wish I could just bathe in the thing!
Here are some photo's I took. Glad I got new ones :)

Last Minute
At the last minute this morning, Jeremy and I decided to go to the beach and take my 3 boy cousins since they never go out & also planned to meet up with Jeremy's friends at the beach. But by the time we dropped Jaiden off to my mums & picked up the boys, it was already hitting 12:30pm & by the time we would've gotten to the beach, it would have already been after 1:30pm, so Jeremy decided to just take us to Homebush Aquatic Centre instead.
Again, we got the passes for the steam room & sauna, like last time. We hardly saw kids since they were running around, doing their own thing and having fun. Then Jeremy's friends Chris & Brad joined us in the steam room & sauna. We only had the opportunity to go into the spa because there were just way too many people in there and way too many kids! I wished we brought Jaiden along but we just didn't have room in the car because of the 3 boys.
But anyway, before leaving we had some food - hot chips, sausage roll & beef burger. We stayed there for a good 3 hours or maybe more then it was home time for all of us, except for Chris & Brad who stayed there longer since they arrived later than we did. I conked out straight away in the car. The sauna/steam room always has that effect on me.
It was good to have a day out & to take my cousins out aswell. I know they had fun. I brought my DSLR with my but since we were in the water for most of the time, I didn't get to play around and take photos.
